MAKING YOUR RESERVATION

CALL-IN:

  • The direct number for in-house room reservations is 303-389-3300.
  • Please call Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, or Sat/Sun 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mountain Time).
  • Specify you are calling in for "Thought Leaders Retreat" to receive the discounted rates.

ONLINE:

  • Go to https://www.fourseasons.com/denver.
  • Click on "Check Rates".
  • Select dates and enter your group code: 250725THO
  • Confirm room and details.
  • The online web code will not allow guests to book pre or post nights or upgraded room categories, these reservation needs should be made by calling our reservations department directly

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Joe.Kujawa@Wilson-360.com, voicemails will not be accepted.
  • A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided if received by May 23, 2025. A 50% refund will be provided if the request is received by July 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no-shows.
  • Attendees can notify Joe.Kujawa@Wilson-360.com at any time that another individual will attend the event in their place.
  • Hotel rooms must be canceled directly with Four Seasons Hotel Denver in accordance with their terms.
